  • “Shipment” refers to goods, parcels, or freight entrusted to Velox Freight Logistics for transportation or delivery.

  • “Fees” refers to all service-related charges paid by the Client for shipping, handling, or associated logistics services.


2. Service Agreement

  • By confirming a shipment, the Client authorizes Velox Freight Logistics to transport goods from the point of origin to the designated destination.

  • All shipments must comply with applicable local, national, and international shipping regulations.

  • The Company reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel shipments that violate customs, safety, or legal requirements.


3. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • Velox Freight Logistics operates a refund-after-delivery model, under which service fees are refunded to the Client upon successful delivery of the shipment.

  • Refunds exclude third-party charges, including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, and insurance policies issued by entities not affiliated with Velox Freight Logistics.

  • Payment can be made securely via Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or approved Mobile Payment methods.


4. Liability

Velox Freight Logistics assumes responsibility for the safe handling and transport of all shipments under its care. However, the Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay arising from:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading address details provided by the Client.

  • Customs inspection, clearance delays, or related administrative procedures.

  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or political disturbances.

  • Shipments containing prohibited, restricted, or improperly packaged items.


5. Returns & Undeliverable Shipments

  • If a shipment cannot be delivered due to Client error (e.g., incorrect address, refusal by recipient, or unpaid duties), all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.

  • Refunds are not applicable to shipments that are undeliverable or returned as a result of Client-provided inaccuracies.


6. Claims Process

  • Claims for loss, damage, or service failure must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date in the event of loss).

  • Clients must provide all supporting documentation, including tracking numbers, receipts, photographs, and relevant correspondence.

  • Each claim will be evaluated individually, and compensation (if applicable) will be processed in accordance with Company policy.


7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of each individual state of United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
