Returns & Refunds Policy

At Velox Freight Logistics, we are dedicated to providing our clients with transparent, reliable, and customer-centric shipping solutions. Our Refunds Policy is structured to ensure fairness, accountability, and peace of mind throughout every stage of your shipping experience.


1. Refund of Transportation Fees

We operate under a client-first policy designed to reward trust and reliability.

  • All transportation fees paid to Velox Freight Logistics for facilitating your shipment are refunded upon successful delivery of your package to its intended destination.

  • Refunds are processed automatically following delivery confirmation, unless otherwise stipulated in your service agreement.

  • This refund covers standard handling fees, freight charges, insurance premiums, and service fees paid at the time of booking.

  • Payments may be made conveniently and securely through Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, or Mobile Payment methods.


2. Additional Refund Eligibility

Beyond our guaranteed transportation fee refund, clients may qualify for additional compensation in the following cases:

  • The shipment is lost or untraceable while in the care of Velox Freight Logistics.

  • Delivery experiences a significant delay due to an operational error on our part.

  • The package is delivered to an incorrect recipient because of a handling mistake.

Refunds are not applicable in cases where delays or issues result from:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading shipment details provided by the client.

  • Customs clearance delays or other government-regulated processes beyond our control.

  • Force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest.

  • Prohibited, restricted, or improperly packaged items.

  • Outstanding or unpaid transportation fees at the time of shipment.


3. Damaged Shipments

If a shipment arrives in damaged condition, clients are advised to:

  1. Notify Velox Freight Logistics within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide supporting documentation, including photographs, packaging details, and the shipment tracking number.

Each claim will undergo a case-by-case review to determine eligibility for compensation or reimbursement.


4. Returns of Packages

If a shipment must be returned due to recipient refusal or incorrect address information, the sender assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.

Velox Freight Logistics does not cover return label expenses unless explicitly arranged with the client prior to shipment.


5. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Standard refunds of transportation fees will be issued within 4–7 business days after confirmed delivery.

  • Additional refunds or compensations will be processed upon completion of investigation and approval.

  • Refund Method: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method used at booking. Upon request, clients may opt to receive shipping credits applicable toward future services.


6. How to Request a Refund or Submit a Claim

For prompt assistance, please provide the following details:

  • Shipment tracking number.

  • Proof of payment (receipt or transaction confirmation).

  • A description of the issue, including any relevant photos or supporting evidence.
